Pan Roasted Tomatoes: A Simple Side Dish

Ingredients:

  • 3 cherry tomatoes on vine
  • 3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 sprig of thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
