Soy Garlic Chicken: A Flavorful and Easy Meal
Ingredients:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 packet of chicken, chopped into smaller pieces
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 stalk green onion, or more if desired
1 tsp pepper
Salt (optional)
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for about 20 minutes. (You can also make some rice while waiting for the chicken to marinate.)
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add some oil and cook the garlic until it’s browned and crispy. Set aside.
