Banana Cinnamon Mini Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

(Adjust this recipe according to how much dumpling dough you have!)

  • Leftover dumpling wrappers
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 tbsp confectioners sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mash the bananas, then add in the cinnamon and sugar into the mixture.
  2. Roll out the dough into a long log, then cut it into 1.5 inch pieces.
  3. Flatten out each piece of dough, then add in a little of the mixture on the dough, and sealing the dumpling by using a fork and pressing down to create a pattern.
  4. Dip the dumpling into the egg, then into the bread crumbs.
  5. Repeat for all of the dumpling dough pieces.
  6. Fry the dumpling at 350°F for about 3-4 mins.
  7. Garnish the dumplings with some melted chocolate and confectioners’ sugar.
  8. Enjoy!!
