Banana Cinnamon Mini Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
(Adjust this recipe according to how much dumpling dough you have!)
Leftover dumpling wrappers
1 banana
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp chocolate chips (melted)
1 tbsp confectioners sugar
Instructions:
Mash the bananas, then add in the cinnamon and sugar into the mixture.
Roll out the dough into a long log, then cut it into 1.5 inch pieces.
Flatten out each piece of dough, then add in a little of the mixture on the dough, and sealing the dumpling by using a fork and pressing down to create a pattern.
Dip the dumpling into the egg, then into the bread crumbs.
Repeat for all of the dumpling dough pieces.
Fry the dumpling at 350°F for about 3-4 mins.
Garnish the dumplings with some melted chocolate and confectioners’ sugar.
