Dutch Oven Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of bread flour
  • 1 – 1.5 cups of warm water (100-110°F)
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Start by mixing together the bread flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the active dry yeast and sugar to the warm water and let it activate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the water and yeast mixture into the mixing bowl with flour.
  4. Mix the dough until it forms a ball. Slowly add extra water if needed.
