Mini Meatballs: A Perfect Appetizer or Main Dish

2 lbs of ground turkey
1 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of parsley flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh parmesan
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
