- 300-400g of beef (any cut)

- 4-6 Thai chilis, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, sliced

- 1 egg white (save the egg yolk for another recipe!)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Instructions:
- Begin by combining all of the ingredients for the beef marinade with the sliced beef. Allow it to marinate for approximately 30 minutes to fully absorb the flavors.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook for roughly 5 minutes or until there is no red outside. Once cooked, remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and Thai chilis and cook for about 30 seconds before adding in the celery. Cook the celery for approximately 1 minute.
- Add the beef back into the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked.
