- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the coating:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper / paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for flavor balance
Instructions:
- Blend the Chicken: Add the chicken breast cubes to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
