Za’atar Cauliflower Steak Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cauliflower Steak
  • 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning
  • 1 -2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley / Cilantro for garnish
  • Tahini-Lemon Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Water (to thin, optional)
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Rub the cauliflower steaks with olive oil, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to make a smooth dressing.
