Scrambled Eggs: Softest and Fluffliest

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp of chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Crack all the eggs into a bowl and whisk with the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  2. Melt butter over LOW heat in a nonstick skillet.
  3. Pour in the eggs and let the eggs solidify for about 6 seconds, then start gathering the eggs with a spatula into the center of the skillet.
  4. Once most of the eggs have been solidified (about 40 seconds), add in the cheese.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and then serve.
  6. Garnish with chives and serve! Enjoy!
