Pumpkin Seeds Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Pumpkin seeds from 1 pumpkin

Instructions:

  1. Clean the seeds: Remove all the stringy bits from the pumpkin seeds and pat all the seeds dry. The drier the seeds are the better it is as they will get nice and crunchy!
  2. Make the seasoning: Mix together all the seasoning.
  3. Rub the seasoning: Rub the seasoning onto the seeds and make sure to coat all of them in the seasoning.
  4. Cook the seeds: Roast the seeds at 300°F (150°C) for about 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown. Leave the seeds to cool then enjoy!
